10,690 Wild Flowers, Vase 1, Stoneware, glaze, porcelain, nichrome wire. 2017. All flowers were made during discussions centered on Reproductive Justice in OR and culminated in a discussion workshop in collaboration with local organizations Forward Together, Momentum Alliance and Western States Center. Flowers are sold for $1 each and all funds raised go to the Network for Reproductive Options, an abortion fund for Oregon and Idaho. 2017
Handbuilding 101: Functional and Sculptural Objects.

Materials Provided By Student: Apron and towel, some (not required) decorative materials.
Class Description: Since the beginning of human culture, people have formed clay to create functional and sculptural objects. From water storage to teapots, fermentation weights to decorative housewares. this class will introduce students to the fundamentals of hand built ceramics, allowing them to create objects for decoratin or use. Students will also learn decorative techniques using colored slips and underglazes.
